Shipping Policy

Please be patient, the promotion is not applied until the end of the checkout process. For our "Free Shipping" promotion all orders below $50.00 will be shipped regular mail any order above $50 will be shippedcd via Priority Mail.

Our Free Shipping Promotion applies to ALL Standard USPS Domestic shipping & handling charges on our website(DocsKnifeWorks.com). We will pay for 100% of ALL Standard USPS Domestic shipping and handling charges for as long as we can maintain this promotion. And, you will still enjoy our Same/Next Day Ship Out, because we believe in offering the most "hassle free" shopping experience possible.

All other shipping and handling prices are calculated based on the size and weight of the package. The exact cost of shipping and handling will be shown on the screen before you submit the order. Items will ship after payment has cleared. For personal checks, please allow up to seven (7) days for the payment to clear. A restocking fee will apply to all returns.

Return Policy

You may return your order up to 30 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging AND unused. Please notify Doc's Knife Works of your intent to return the order. Upon receiving the product, in acceptable condition, we will refund your purchase price, minus our cost for shipping and handling (including customs fees for international) as a restocking fee.

Insuring your item is encouraged! In the event of a damaged or lost item during shipment, please notify Doc's Knife Works immediately by emailing your full name, a description of the item and a detailed description of the damage to us, here. Insurance of your item will allow for a replacement or refund of the lost or damaged item. Without insurance, damaged or lost items cannot be replaced.
